Practicing Staff/Physician: $339 for Full Conference Package or $250 for 1-day ticket
Fellow and Physician-in-training: Free*
* Free registration requires a letter of proof from current program director – to be uploaded below

Registrations at this time no longer include the Special Networking Event, as it has reached full capacity.

You will have the opportunity to participate in up to 6 learning modules per day. 4 will be common to all participants. The following modules, however, can be selected based on preference. They will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Please indicate your preferences for the specific day(s) you will attend, and we will do our best to accommodate your selections.
